The bouquet you build is what we make, but flowers are grown, not manufactured. If a specific stem is not good enough at the market that morning we substitute a comparable one and message you a photo before it leaves. You can refuse and get a refund at that point.
We deliver in windows, not to the minute, because Pune traffic. For proposals, hospital visits and airport pickups tell us and we will hand it over ourselves rather than send a rider.

Possible for most local flowers if you tell us before 6 pm the previous evening, since we buy at the Market Yard auction at 4 am. Imported flowers need four days. Do not let anyone promise you peonies in 24 hours.
